I love weekend eating. Mostly the company. And the coffee. At brunch. Cause eggs are my favorite, poached. Here's what I ate... 

Day 5 (Friday)
Iced Coffee (I'm clearly addicted)
Side of Fruit 
Croque Madame with a Side of Greens & Balsamic Vinaigrette 
Orange & Ginger Chicken with Brown Rice (Fortune: "YES. DO IT WITH CONFIDENCE" I don't know what this means yet, but I'm excited). 

Day 6 (Saturday)
Poached eggs on Top a Croissant with Tomato & Avocado (um, yum)
Side of Fruit
Chips & Salsa
1 Modelo
2 Street Tacos (1 chicken, 1 carnitas)
Pear Agua Fresca
Homemade Pumpkin Bread Muffin 

Day 7 (Sunday)
Cup o Coffee (hot!) & Orange Juice
Strawberries & Pumpkin Bread Muffin
Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Mac n Cheese
Half Turkey Burger & Cesar Salad
Steamed Brussel Sprouts
(handful) of stolen French Fries from husband... ;)
Glass of Pinot

Day 8 (Monday)
Iced Coffee
Kale Salad with Golden Raisins, Parmesan, Apple Bacon & Toasted Almond (Corral Tree... SO GOOD)
Pumpkin Bread Muffin (they are gone now, sad...)
Quinoa + Roasted Asparagus, topped with leftover chicken, dried cranberries and feta 
1 Miller Lite (the CHAMPAGNE OF BEERS)
